- We may change, suspend or discontinue games or features at any time without notice.
Acceptable use

- Disrupt the site, other players, or underlying infrastructure (cheating, scraping in abuse of service, probing for vulnerabilities).
- Use the games to harass, threaten or promote illegal activity.
- Misrepresent affiliation with the operators of skywar.io or with any real military organisation.

Game code, art, audio, text and branding for Skywar and its individual games are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, revocable licence to play in the browser. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the games or their assets without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free play.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of skywar.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill or profits arising from your use of the site.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of skywar.io, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue where permitted.
